RSI Europe has been awarded the Exporter of the Year title by the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists (LPK). The company, founded four years ago, at the outset of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, recorded EUR 15.5 million in revenue in 2025, with more than 99% of its output exported.
In 2025 alone, RSI Europe began supplying its systems to 12 new NATO member state markets, equipping allied armed forces and Ukrainian frontline troops with drone systems, remote explosive initiation systems, and related equipment.
The award recognises RSI Europe’s contribution to establishing Lithuania as a significant participant in the international defence industry and as an exporter of combat-proven defence technologies. The company’s products are developed and refined in close cooperation with NATO and Ukrainian soldiers.
“I see this award as recognition of the entire Lithuanian defence industry. It is a sign that in just a few years, Lithuania’s defence industry has built something valued worldwide and vitally needed today, in the real war taking place next to us,” said RSI Europe CEO Tomas Milašauskas on accepting the award. “We export defence technologies. But what we really export is security. And the more of it we create for our allies, the safer we become ourselves.”

Milašauskas emphasised that the award belongs to the entire company team. “This title is the achievement of every colleague who works or has worked at RSI Europe. Product developers, manufacturers, buyers, sellers, engineers, production specialists, logisticians, sales and service professionals – every one of them contributed to ensuring our systems reach the end user and work in the real world. You built it, you made it, you make sure it works. Thank you for that. And for everything still to come,” Milašauskas said.
